We offer our Virtual Office Advisory educational webinars throughout the year to connect you with our experts and help your practice succeed.

Invitations are emailed to anyone with a Provider Center account who checked the “manager/supervisor”, “billers/coders” or “administrator” roles in their account profile. To add or delete roles from your account:

  1. Log in to your Provider Portal account
  2. Use the dropdown menu at the top of your screen to select My profile
  3. Select Online account information
  4. Under Your provider roles, check all that apply
