HEDIS record collection started Jan. 21, 2019
Priority Health has begun HEDIS medical record data collection. During the HEDIS record collection period, it is estimated that 27,000 records will be collected for roughly 10,000 members. Over half of a plan's NCQA accreditation score comes from HEDIS results, so it's critical we're showing the great work our providers and network are doing for members. Our accreditation status proves to potential members, providers, and employers we offer quality-driven health plans, and is a way for consumers to compare Priority Health against all other plans.
If providers have questions or comments around scheduling reviews or record retrieval, we've partnered with Health Data Vision, In (HDVI) for some record retrieval. If you need to contact HDVI, you can call HDVI directly: 855.454.6182 or by fax: 818.630.9374.
If providers have questions or comments in general on the HEDIS process or HDVI, you can contact Megan Reed at 616.464.8064 (phone) or 616.975.8897 (fax for records or documents).
