Maternal Infant Health Program: Diaper incentive

The Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP) is a free pre- and postnatal program to help you have a healthy pregnancy and baby. The MIHP is free for Medicaid members and provides regular in-home visits by a nurse, nutritionist or community health worker.  Priority Health is currently offering a new incentive for moms who participate in MIHP and attend a postpartum appointment. Members who qualify will receive two free bags of diapers delivered to their home. Here’s what you need to know:

How do I know if I’m eligible for this benefit?

You are fully eligible for the diaper incentive if you are a Priority Health Medicaid member who is enrolled and actively participating in the MIHP program and have attended your three-to-six week postpartum appointment.

What does it cost?

The two-bag diaper package is absolutely free. You will not have to pay shipping costs either.

Who helps provide the diapers?

Priority Health is partnering with J&B Medical Supply to help give these diaper packages to members. In order to make the process easier, J&B calls members personally to coordinate orders and deliveries. You may also receive a postcard if they don’t reach you by phone.

What happens when I use up my two free bags?

No need to worry when you reach the very last diaper. J&B Medical Supply is also offering a special one-time discount on your next diaper purchase. To receive the discount, visit diaperbuys.com and enter promo code PRIORITY75 at check out. The Priority Health discount will save you $7.50 off a diaper purchase of $40 or more. This code can only be used once per household.

How does it work if I have twins or multiples?

Members will receive the diaper package with each birth, including multiples.
