Your feedback is our priority
Your insights guide our ongoing effort to improve the Priority Health member experience. By better understanding your needs, we can improve products, services, tools, communications and more.
We created PriorityVoice and the Member Advisory Council so you can provide feedback throughout your experience. Both have made a huge impact on how we serve members like you.
PriorityVoice is a member-only online panel of 2,500 members across all product types. We receive insight in real-time through brief surveys and tools on an array of topics, from products to marketing campaigns.
In the last year, members helped us make our communications clearer by giving us their thoughts on the messaging and design of membership cards and reward program materials. Members also got a sneak peek of our brand campaign and new video series. Their opinions helped us decide on creative direction and if we are helping our members understand their plan. At the core of every survey is our goal to gather timely and actionable feedback so that we can deliver an exceptional member experience.
We invite you to positively impact your member experience for you and members like you by being a PriorityVoice member. We'll also tell you how you're helping shape our future through an exclusive community newsletter. Join PriorityVoice today.
Member Advisory Council
In addition to our online community, we also meet with our members face-to-face through our Priority Health Member Advisory Council (PHMAC). These members represent the communities we serve and come from diverse backgrounds, professions and age ranges. They work side-by-side with Priority Health leadership to offer insights on key initiatives to help us provide a better member experience.
Council members meet monthly in Grand Rapids to discuss topics that are meant to "change, engage, and innovate" the health care model.
Over the past year, the council shared ideas on helping members make health care decisions and how to connect them with health care resources, simplifying health insurance language to help members understand their plan, explanation of benefits (EOB) statements and Grievance & Appeal materials. The Council also participated in presentations on new technology and the importance of the digital experience.
"Priority Health is serious about the Council's input. I believe and am excited that we have been a collaborative voice for change on issues that have or will have an impact on each of us making our time well spent." – Karen Wiley, Priority Health Member Advisory Council member.
When we asked our members what inspired them to join the PHMAC, Ken Chester remarked in the words of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, "Be a player not a spectator, stand up for your values and it's about tomorrow. Involvement with the PHMAC is allowing me that opportunity when it comes to health care."
