Self-funded group grievance process
If you have questions or concerns about a claim, or if you’re unhappy with Priority Health, please follow the steps below until you have a final answer to your problem. The steps must occur in this sequence and within specific timeframes.
- Contact Customer Service
- File a formal appeal - must happen within 180 days of when you received our decision or service
- Ask for a review by your employer
