CSI group plan details

Christian Schools International offers two Medicare Advantage group plans through Priority Health for our retired employees.

Both CSI group plans include:

  • Prescription coverage that does not have a ‘coverage gap’ or ‘donut hole’ Learn more

  • Dental coverage which is the same as the coverage you had when you were an active CSI employee Download brochure

  • Fitness membership or home fitness program, at no cost to you through the Silver&Fit® program Learn more

  • Optional vision coverage which is the same coverage as active CSI employees; this may only be added during open enrollment in the summer Download brochure

  • A monthly premium of either $219 for single coverage or $433 for a couple in the HMO plan OR $379 for single coverage or $752 for a couple in the HMO-POS plan

Please note: if you choose not to continue with the CSI group plan after you retire, you will not have the opportunity to join our group again in the future.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • Age 65 years or older and reside in Michigan
  • Retire from active employment with a school that participates in the CSI health Insurance plan at age 65 or older
  • Covered for health benefits in the CSI Insurance plan immediately prior to retirement
  • Covered under the group health plan offered by a CSI Insurance participating member (including but not limited to the CSI Insurance Plan) for 3 years immediately prior to retirement
