If you need care for a medical issue that's not life threatening but can't wait for your doctor's office to open, virtual care may be a great option for you.

Get access to care wherever you are (think: home, office, car or hotel room), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Virtual care usually costs less than an emergency room visit. You just need Internet access and an Internet-ready device.

You may have access to other virtual care solutions through your doctor's office.

Priority Health members can use MedNow, which offers video visits and eVisits with Michigan-based, board-certified providers. MedNow is convenient for treating medical issues like rashes, flu, sinus infections and fevers. You can find more information in your MyHealth account.
